Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
I have two TVs, a Toshiba in my living room and a Sylvania in the bedroom, both of which are connected to Time Warner cable. They are both older version televisions, not flat screens or plasma. The Sylvania works fine, but the Toshiba only works up to channel 28 (we should have channels up to 99), AND all the channels between 11 and 28 come up with the wrong shows. For example, Channel 24 is supposed to be Cartoon Network but Bravo plays (this is channel 75). And channel 22 is supposed to be C-SPAN but the Food Network plays (this is channel 73). Does anyone have some help??
You haven't specified here about the channel capacity or both of your Televisions. Is both of it can receive 100 channels. If not, the tuner to both will have the difference. There are sets with which can receive only 50 channels, 90 channels, 120 channels etc: Older versions of TVs will have only low channel capacity. Present ones are of channel receiving capacity up-to 320.
If the channel receiving capacity to your TV is low [as it is older models]; there is nothing more to do. Electro help

You should be able to use your remote control to do this.Your channel 73 is more than likely UHF 73 so you need to put your tv in the antenna setting rather than cable setting. Once you do this just input 73 with your remote. Hope this helps! Stargazer

SOURCE: Partial Cable
The TV is set to antenna mode or over the air mode rather than the cable mode. You should be able to navigate through the menus to change it to cable mode. That should resolve it.
