Question about Computers & Internet
I tried signing in and had a new password and I couldn't remember it. When I told hit I couldn't remember it, it told me to type in my email and hit submit and I did this and nothing happened the screen just stayed there and nothing changed.
Look in your other email's inbox (the one you entered). You should have received an email giving instructions on how to reset your password. If it's not in your inbox, check the junk mail folder.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The problem is due to cookies.
Every time you sign in on a page a cookie gets set in your browser so the website knows it's you he's talking to. This way if some other person from another computer tries to access the same URL they won't be able because they don't have the cookie set on, thus they can't identify as being you.
This is the reason for which you can't access the email - you should first sign in using their sign in page so that they are able to set your cookie.
The sign in page is: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym
also make sure you have cookies enabled in yoru browser settings!
