First you will need to enable the built in Administrator account in the operating system. You will find instructions here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/3040.enable-disable-the-local-hidden-built-in-administrator-account-in-windows-7.aspx You may need to start in "Safe Mode" to be able to do the steps required to enable this account. Once you enable then log into the Administrator account you can them go to Control Panel - User Accounts - manage accounts and find your account and change the password.
