SOURCE: Valet 473T remote

It sounds like the system needs tach sensor reprogramming. The remote start system may have a tachometer sensing mode where the system "knows" that the car is running and to stop cranking the starter when when the engine is running. Generally when the vehicles battery is disconnected the system "forgets" the setting of the tachometer at idle which is programmed at the time if installation. Take it to a remote start installation store for this or get a hold of a maual for your system and shouldnt be too dificult to program.

SOURCE: Viper remote starter sets off alarm.

Whoever hooked up your system did not hook up the factory alarm disarm and arm wires. Your car thinks it is being stolen as a result of this. You need to get a wire diagram of your car and hook up the proper wires.

2008 Nissan titan would not when key is turned

Sounds like your battery is low or the starter is not engaging. Check the battery for 12 volts, then if it is still clicking but not starting, then all you have left is to take the starter off and have it tested free at autozone before you buy, to know for sure.

A Nissan Titan v8 truck move very well but suddenly goes off snd will not start immediately untill it takes up to 5minute before it starts.pls can you pls help.

Possibly a fuel pump or fuel filter problem. A faulty pump can run for awhile, and then stop. If you keep turning the key on and off it might run again for some period of time, but eventually it will not run at all. On some cars and trucks you can hear the pump run when the key is in the start position. You could also have a blocked fuel filter.

Titan engine light

If you disconnect the battery for 1 minute the check engine light will reset itself and should go off. The only thing is that if there is a problem that the computer detects after you reconnect the battery and start it up , the check engine light will come back on. If it does the best thing to do is take it to a shop and have it checked for codes and see what is causing the problem.
Best of luck and let me know if this helps you.

I had a Titan Remote Starter installed in my car, 2 years ago. The car starts and stops on its own, or the horn will beep and the lights will flash. Several times I've went outside on my way to work and...

Could be.
Yes, change the battery in the hand held unit first.

Next could be the control unit.
Next could be that there is something brocasting in the area that is near the same frequency.
Does this only happen at home? Or has it happened in other areas also?

Is this a factory unit? Or an aftermarket install?

Titan will not start

I think that you have a harness problem. Check the negative batt. cable to see if its tight on the engine. Clean any corrosion. I would check all the grounds in the engine compartment. Very common, for those to corrode and cause problems. There are whole bunch of those in the engine area. There is one under the battery tray also. Check the grounds under the windshield washer bottle. those also corrode and mess up your CAN system in the truck , resulting in no start condition. If you are 100% sure that your battery is good, than check all ground wires.
