Question about Vacuums
Have checked the belt and there is no obvious sign of slack or deterioration. Do these models have starter capacitors?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

A dryer in the vacuum area? I will give some advice here:
Google the model number with "how to replace belt" and if lucky you will find a You Tube video that shows what you want to know.
I did this on more than one dryer I have owned and it may take some dismantling of the dryer that the average person cannot do, consider at least talking to a repair shop to see what it costs to be done right the first time and in your home.
