sounds like you have trapped/chaffed wiring under seat or around seat recline hinge, remove seat and have a close look at the wiring. disconnect battery first because airbags in seat and seat belt pretensioners i think are fitted to this car. good look

Front headrest deployed in my 2007 e350 Mercedes. I was rear ended. No damage to my car but I would like to reset the headrest to its original position. Please help.

to replace that, you might want to just buy a whole new headrest, pull off the old one by holding the adjusments tabs until it comes out, then take the whole thing to part source and show them, they can get you another one or your dealership, then put it back in the exact opposite way you took it out. problem solved.

Mercedes e220, horn, heater fan and electric

Horn and heater may be fuse related. The headrests have nothing to do with fuses. The switch is bad or going that way for the seat or the motors for the headrests are out.

The horn fuse spin it, or replace as corrosion from aluminum fuses cause problems. I suggest replacing them all with new copper barrel fuses. The blower motor fan is a strip fuse on the driver side strut mount in a tootsie roll sized case.
