Question about Computers & Internet
Most email sites will send you an email if your password or other information is changed. In that email would be a link to recover your hijacked account. If you never set up a second email account for password recovery then you may be out of luck other than to take legal actions for identity theft against the other person. Good luck.

Your ex is a SOB. There's not much you can do. If It's gmail, open a new account, go to HELP in menu and check how to recover your email. you sould indicate that you forgot your passwor so it should ask you for older password and then ley you input a new pssword. Change security questons and secondary mail.
I don't know how other email providers proceed, might be similar.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
