Question about Cell Phones
If you can access your setting, just go to account, backup&reset, then factory reset, or if you can't, just turnoff your mobile then press together volume up button & home button while holding this buttons press power, then if vibrate release power button only wait for menu then release all. select wipe/data factory reset by using up & down button, then power to enter. next select wipe cache, then reboot system now. your mobile will be restored to it's factory default means all your download will delete.
