Mosly F1 to F12 keys are multifunction buttons, so they will work with help of "Fn" key.

Press and hold Fn then use Alt+F4.

My touch pad can't work and windows couldn't shutting down . please suggest us how to solve that problem regards. agus tiar

If the problem is that you can't shut down your PC because you can't use your touch pad to click shutdown, you could use the keyboard instead.

Click the windows key
Select the shutdown using arrow keys
select shutdown, you could use tab to switch wether restart or standby
then press Enter

easier way is, press alt+F4 button (it will lead you to shutdown option)
select the desired shut down option using tab button.
press enter.

How to reboot my laptop

You question is too short, I have trouble assuming it. Anyway let me try my best to make you understand.
1. If you want to reboot your laptop as soon as it starts up, just press ctrl+Alt+Del on the keyboard, before you see the windows logo start screen. It'll automatically reboot itself.

2. (windows xp), Simplest method is press Alt+F4 and then click Restart f7428f1.png

or if your desktop is set to classic menu, the click on the "shutdown" and select "restart" as shown below;

3. For windows 7, click start, then click the right arrow ">" just right to the "shutdown" button and select "restart"

Or simply press Alt+F4 and select "Restart"

No mouse, can't navigate in windows

keep pressing ALT+F4 until the shutdown dialog appears.
Windows has the shortcut ALT+(other key) to most of it's functions.
when you press ALT you should see the letter underlined. that's the key you need to press + ALT to make the button work.
Anyway... it does have a touchpad, why don't u use it?! is it uninstalled?
