Question about Heating & Cooling
I dont know how to take the cover off to give it a clean. will i need another person on the other end?
Near the vents, sideways, you should have a spring plastic pieces that when pressed ahd spread a bit, in each side, should give you access to the filters... you can sash them, or just wash them...
just ut some cleaning spray because of legionella or other bacteria on them!!

According to the operation manual your system is low on refrigerant. You will need a technician show up and charge your unit and find the leak. This is a split system so leaks are very prominent.
"U0" Low pressure drop due to refrigerant shortage or
electronic expansion valve failure
