This sounds like an issue that would be covered under the manufacturer warranty. please get a hold of the manufacturer for service. Thsi particular model has a 2 year, parts and labor, limited warranty. This might save you some money. Here is the website for LG service:
When you call, you should have your serial number and model number ready.
Hope this was helpful
Have a great day!

If you go to netflix.com you will see torwards the top a "watch instantly" tab. Clcik on that and below where you would enter code you will see "how to get your activation code" Your tv will have to be connected to the internet. t doesn't cost much but you do have to pay for the service. They run a free months trial so you can try it.

Check and replace its main digital board. after replacement, somde adjustments have to be done, and you have to enter its service mode option to do it. Really it is a skilled work, that a customer who has no idea in electronics can do.

This is not a pixel fault. It must be due to its Y-Sustain board or its buffer. Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more details. Click this link. View it in "Timeslide" option, which can be selected from the drop down box menu by the [Sidebar] tag, at the top left corner of the display window. It will make search easy. There are more than 1000 posts to different brand TVs now. Pull up older posts there. Faults to Plasma screens are described there in detail wit illustrations. Try the site, and see whether it help you.
