1- black lines are from the drum: it has burnt out on that particular spot and rotates
2- the white horizontal gap space if it is not you skipping space is also from the drum
3-the white Vertical is most likely from the developper (unit that has the toner and is against the drum, look at the roller it should be solid black, maybe there is something on it : hair paper etc....

yes you have to catch printer making the line and then as a page is being printed you need to open door to stop paper after green cylinder(drum) as it is entering fuser, then you need to remove paper from printer without pulling through the fuser, if you see the line then rub your finger across line up and down page, if it smears at all then its the cartridge if not then the fuser

The fuser is located in the back of the printer. I think it's held in by to screws. It's about hte same size as the toner cartridge. Please visit these websites.
This is the fuser kit.
The service repair manual.
Fuser Replacement is on page 170.

Some of the ink-jets are not spraying ink where they should, i.e., clogged.
Click the Windows key.
Click Control Panel
Click with the 2nd (right?) mouse-button on the icon for the Lexmark.
There should be a "tools" that includes a program to "clean" the ink-jets. Run it, until the print-quality improves.
