I have not used my power roller 990 in a few years. I got it out today, turned it on, worked for one second. now nothing

Pump did not get cleaned out right the last time you used it-
Also this time when you clean it take the cover off the frame if its got dried paint on it throw it away, every time you use this roller cover take the cover off and clean it well these types of covers have lots of small little holes in them thats how the paint gets onto the roller cover in a 5 gal bucket fill it with warm water and start to work the paint off it and use a "brush spinner" made by Shur Line it also cleans out roller covers to by throwing the wet paint or dirty water out be sure to "spin the cover or brush" out in a empty 5 gal bucket as it is messy. not-used-power-roller-990-in-few-years-4z2gdaa2roisjyazpqzwiojf-3-0.jpg

How do I remove the screen to access and clean the picture tubes and mirror? Pioneer SD533hd5

Before starting, it is a good idea to disconnect the power cord for your TV from the AC wall socket or power bar. Remove the back cover from the TV. Unscrew and remove all the wood screws holding the back cover on. Grasp the bottom portion of the back cover and pull straight back approximately 4 inches. You may require assistance from another person if you are of small stature. There are two plastic tubular portions at the bottom of the back cover that insert into the particle board enclosure and if you don't pull straight back, you risk damaging the back cover and or the enclosure. The mirror is fastened inside the back cover and will come out at the same time. You will then have access to the CRT lenses and the mirror for cleaning. I would not recommend removing the mirror from the back cover for cleaning. It can be done while in place using a clean, soft, lint free cloth and a very mild soap and water solution. Just be certain not to leave any streaks. The lenses can be cleaned with a lint free cloth and alcohol or a camera lens cleaning tool. Take care not to touch the lenses with your fingers. See web link for lens cleaning tool http://www.opticsplanet.net/carson-lenspen-cleaning-tool.html .

Good morning, I need to clean inside of my Toshiba 50A60 model tv screen, I do you remove screen?

Yes I Had The Same problem , if your handy with fixing things this will
work.
Step 1- unplug the TV from wall socket
Step 2- disconnect all devices like VCR's DVD Players from the TV
Step 3- remove the speaker covers from the TV
Step 4 - There are 14 screws on front cover, remove these with a
Philips driver, set cover aside
clean with soft brush and wash with water
Step 5- Gently raise the cover straight up to release it from its supports
Once cleared from supports , remove the cover.

Tips- Make sure you don't scratch any of the screens or CRTs

You can clean the mirror with any glass cleaner, make sure to wipe it
clean , water and vinegar does a good job to eliminate streaks.

Use a soft duster to clean the dust from the circut boards
Tip - Remember take it easy when cleaning

When your finished cleaning, just reverse the steps

It Worked for Me
