Question about General Electric G.E. Arc Fault Breaker
Battery is charged and I have tried another battery.
Sounds as if you have a short circuit in the headlamp circuit. While this could be anywhere, most likely a pinched wire somewhere you have removed and reinstalled some part. The seat? Replaced headlamp bulb? As to no longer starting, you may have blown a fuse due to the short.
