try downloading this and installing it, and then see some youtube tutorials after installing it

Your VLC doesn't support that format(3gp).you should convert that file into avi or flv,just download video converter like altysoft video converter for free...just type it in your browser then go..save the file and innstall.

Are you sure it's possible to capture/record youtube using your built-in webcam? I am afraid and no one has ever done it yet. It's possible with software like camstudio, but it's not possible. Just imagine, you webcam is facing towards you and how could you capture the video running on your computer monitor/screen?
There are several softwares but I have never come across a software which can capture both video and audio at the same time. In the same way CamStudio doesn't support both video and audio, it only supports video and we use mic to record the sound or use audio editor software with Stereo Mix to record the sound while the video is playing, later we edit to create the video with it's sound. If you want to download, you can visit CamStudio.org (click here to visit), it's a freeware.

I hope your webcam has no problem with yahoo messenger or skype etc.. if you have please let me mentioning the problem and make sure it's detected in the My Computer or in the Device Manager.

No, it's not possible, but you can capture using an application called camstudio http://camstudio.org/ but only the video not the sound, it's better to download than capturing the media, i haven't come across any application which can be used to capture video as well as sound. Anyway try with the camstudio. Good Luck..

I assume you mean how to save webcam streaming video to your harddrive.
You need a capture software like Camstudio :

Install and run before you connrct to the webcam site.

Ok, this feature is seems to be disable for the Best performance.

You can enable it after open My Computer --> Rt. Click --> select on Properties --> Go To System Properties --> Then select Performance Option

Here you can check the button and make it
" Lets Window choose what's best for My Computer"
or

Adjust for best apppearance.
