First, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Mail Options".

On the next screen, look for "Advanced Options" on the bottom of the page. Here, you have the option to select either "Full featured", which is the new inbox, or "Basic". Select "Basic". This will restore the old inbox.

When you're done, make sure you remember to click the "Save" button on the top right of the page. This will save your changes and restore the old inbox.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Try changing your email address linked to your face book account.Go to face book, then to account, then to account settings change email to a new email address. facebook will then send you a confirmation email to your new email address inbox , follow link to confirm . now go back to face book and go back to account , account settings and change the email to the new email address ...dont forget to remove the old (hacked ) email address at this point.
Hope this works.

How to scan documents to an email address

you should first right click on yoru destop and find "NEW" click on "make new folder", then type a name for the folder (anything you want). Now go to your scanner software and find the preferences and tell it to save scanned documents to your NEW folder. another option is to simply scan a document and when its done, click "file, save as" and save it to your new folder. When you are done scanning, open your email program and type in the email address to where you want to send the documents. when you are done typing the "subject" and a short note to whomever the mail is too, go to "insert" or "attachments" (varies depending on you email program). find the folder with your documents in it and hold down the "Cntrl"key and then click each file you wish to include. then click "ok" and all the files should now be attached to your email. BE AWARE, there may be a limit to how much data you can include in your email. If your email provider rejects your message due to file size being too large, simply send the files one at a time in multiple emails. There are also options out there (too numerous to list) that will allown you to send large files that are too big for your email program. I hope I haven't confused you. Good luck

I don't like the new email system and would like to go back to the old system. How do I get the old system back? The new system is all white wasted space and have to keep scrolling down...do not like...

I assume you're using the new Yahoo! Mail web page, and you wish to return to the earlier "Yahoo Classic" format. (I prefer the "Classic" format as well.)

You can switch between the two Yahoo formats whenever you like. To change from the new format back to classic, go to "Options" (near upper right corner), click on the small arrow to pull down the menu, then select "Mail Classic".

To change from classic to the new format, click on "All-new Mail" in the upper left corner.
