The easiest way to clear your history is to do a factory reset on your phone.

  1. Completely power off your phone
  2. simultaneously press and hold power, volume up, and home buttons
  3. in the recovery menu use the volume up/volume down keys to scroll to the option you want, and the power key to select it
  4. select factory reset or wipe data
  5. press power
  6. select yes
  7. reboot phone
This will wipe all data off the phone returning it to the same as when you brought it home from the store. This will not affect any data on the external SD card, if one is installed.

What specifically would you like to clear from your iCloud history?

Deleting information from your Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Reminders delete everywhere on the cloud (so in short, it deletes all instances of that information off of every device your iCloud is signed into).

Clearing your browser history can be done through Safari. Resetting it is usually best. You can open Safari, click on the word Safari in your menu bars top left corner, select "Reset Safari", select all the options and hit reset.

You can alternaitcally browse in Private Mode (Safari), this prevents your browser from tracking sites you've visited and so forth.

Clearing history on the iPad is pretty quick and easy:

1. Tap the "Settings" from the home screen.

Just clear the ones you want or all of them to reset the browser.

Hope that helps!

My FixYa freezes after answering every 2 to 3 questions

Dear Roadkilljoe7,

You may try the following options:
1. try using a different browser and check if the problem persists.
2. Check if the browser freezes when using other websites as well. If it does you may try clearing cache and cookies from your browser.
Please note that clearing cache and cookies can significantly improve the speed and performance of your browser, however by doing so you will lose all saved passwords, username and browsing history you have entered using this browser. We strongly recommend that you will save all the information on a different file.

If you are using Microsoft Explorer, please do the following:
1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
2. Under the Browsing history section, hit the Delete button > Delete > Apply > OK

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, please do the following:
1. Go to Tools > Options > Click the Privacy tab
2. Under the History section hit the Remove individual Cookies button > Remove all cookies > Close > OK

Please let us know if you need further assitance.
