from which a very large amount of help is available, I see that your machine is most likely Windows 8, or at least a fairly recent version of Windows. Windows 8 no longer has a sticker on the outside of the machine giving the Windows Product Key, even though in previous versions of Windows the Key on the label and the pre-installed key did not always match because many manufacturers have "Volume Licenses" for new computers which work differently to the normal retail license.
You used to able to search a particular part of the Windows Registry and find your installed key, but this has been prevented since Win XP. The easiest way you can now get at your pre-installed key is to use an external system information programme, such as "AIDA64" or "Piriform Speccy" which will sniff it out for you along with a massive amount of other information about your computer.
