Our reception becomes pixilated and unwatchable, we've retuned the tv and in another room retuned the set top box to no avail. Could this be caused by the antenna needing to be realigned?

Picture breaks up/freezes weak signal message,

Constantly? Once in a while? If it does it without ever working, it sounds like the tuner is bad. I would not try servicing anything inside the TV. They're just not made for that anymore. I did it for 20 years. You could connect an external antenna, doing the scan, and see it if works that way to rule out a cable problem, or having the cable co. check the dBmv level.

AM reception is fine for about 9 seconds and then the signal and audio drop completely. The only way to get signal back is to toggle to fm and back to am, then another 9 seconds of clear audio happens,...

Hello, I am sorry about your issue. Is the FM reception OK. AM signals are difficult to receive at times. Try extending the AM antenna and place it near a window. Thank you, Onkyo USA

Color went in and out, no i only get fair black and white picture often grainy

I'm assuming here that this tv is being used for analogue reception because on digital you either get a perfect picture or when the signal is weak enough, nothing at all (common when trying to use rabbits ears or in poor reception areas). Assuming analogue then, when the signal is weak (grainy or snowy picture) the colour (called chroma) is automatically turned off because grainy colour is unwatchable. This is normal. Solution, a better aerial to provide a stronger signal.

My Motorola W376g has very poor reception.People say my signal keeps breaking up and when I talk to people their signal breaks up.

Your phone's network chip is already damage. You will need to get it repair. Due to the damaged chip, your phone's network will be breaking till you will not get any signal at all.

After having to retune my Alba Freeview Digital Top Box - Model No. A002157058939 - on September 30th to allow for better digital reception of Channel 5, I am no longer able to receive ITV3. Have retuned...

You may need a better aerial. Digital TV signals need good signals or you can't pick up the full range of channels. Broadcasters and others are tending to keep their mouths shut about the expense of needing much better things on the roof than what many people use to get away with on analog signals. Even if you have a good aerial, If you have the 'brown' coax cable connected to it you could lose signal and stations. So it's best to replace it with Satellite coax cable FT100. That should stop a lot of blocking caused by interfearance by cars or those off road bikes youths ride around on.

Piture breaks up

Usually rooftop antennas yield the best reception, but if it's old maybe it's rusted or the cables need replacing perhaps. With digital programming, it's either it comes in great or you don't get a pic at all unlike analog which will allow snowy images and bad reception to come in.
