My refrigeroter RT59/45frozen food while the tempreture cool how can l fix it?

your car is overheating, check coolent level in radiator when cool, should be near the top. faulty waterpump, replace the pump.

What is the model number of your unit?

It seems that the efficiency of the fridge has dropped as there is frost forming within the system due to a possible failure in the control circuit or the auto defrost timer.
It can also be related to a failure of the circulation fan or the thermostat.
Shut off fridge for about 6 hours and if it cools then the defrost timer must be checked along with the heaters.

This is a classic indication of your coolant level being low. At idle, the level sit low and does not go thru the radiator for cooling, and when you accelerate, the coolant is pushed thru by the higher speed of the water pump.
It is also possible that you thermostat is stuck halfway, not enough to let the water thru at idle, but ok when driving.

I would like to comment on your cooling fans, make sure the fans are both working, the RAM air from driving may be cooling it enough when driving..

have you check the temperature?

The temperature controls are preset in the factory at 37°F for the refrigerator compartment and 0°F for the freezer compartment. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize to the preset recommended
settings.

The temperature controls can display both the SET temperature
as well as the actual temperature in the refrigerator and freezer.
The actual temperature may vary slightly from the SET temperature based on usage and operating environment.

Setting either or both controls to OFF stops cooling in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments, but does not shut off electrical power to the refrigerator.

is your vehicle automat climate control ?
suspect the tempreture sensor in the vehicle is defective and is not giving a true reading of the relationship between the set tempreture and the true air tempreture.

Is the cooling fan working? It could be a temp sensor or relay. Water pump could be bad also

sounds like your thermostat may be bad . the thermostat senses the tempreture in the fresh food section and turns the ref. on and off as needed . do it yourself roughly 39-89 dollars if u hire a proffesional around 95.00- 165.oo depending on were u live and who u use.hope this helps

Have someone check your engine temperature sensor.

sounds like the tempreture thermostat in the fresh food is not sensing the tempreture properly, or the damper assy. is not closing or stuck open. you need to replace the thermostat for the fresh food section or the damper. their is a control box kit available
