Sounds like a broken app in your system startup. Hit the start button, go to run, type MSConfig then click Ok. Select the startup tab. Untick anything that looks strange then click Ok. The best way to find out if something is "strange" is by googling it. Eg. ctfmon.exeIf you find something doesn't work then you can just repeat the process above and retick. there is a very small clip that slides 1/4 away from the wiper arm assembly. look for a small silver tab on the side of the assembly near the pivot. you lift the wiper arm, because the wiper against the windshield keeps the pivot clip from moving. slide the tab away from the assembly (may have to wiggle the pivot head of the wiper) and it slides off the splined shaft. CAUTION: don't lose the spline key, they are normally pressed into the spined shaft.

For starters, try to find a shop with a diagnostic computer that can pull the codes from the car's computer. Obviously, this could be a bit more of a challenge in Jordan than in the US but there is nothing special or unusual with the HCH in this regard. Post back with the codes you find and then we can narrow things down a bit on what is wrong.
The next question is whether it is acceptable to import used auto parts into your country, some countries are very picky on this. If you can then there are some salvage dealers that specialize in Honda in the US and you can probably find what you need from one of them. I have used Troy's in Tuscaloosa AL and highly recommend them. They have a huge stock of wrecked/parts cars and do nothing but Honda.
