thanks very much for the link, i had already found that tho, problem is i dont have a credit card. i purchased a manual but lost it before i even got to read it :( do you think there is a free pdf file for it anywhere?

Hi. Some Pfaff machines have something called an "IDT" which looks rather like a small, black walking foot behind the pressure foot, to help feed the fabric evenly. Pfaff machines with this IDT need "IDT" pressure feet. (I can't find a listing of which machines have this and which don't, so you'll have to look at your machines or check your manuals.) If both machines have the IDT, then the feet are compatible. If neither has the IDT, then the feet are also compatible.
