Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I attach the display panel buttons image, please watch it. In the display panel, press on sequence: menu/settings/language/ok/, then choose the language you want, press ok/menu.
The equipment must display the characters in the language you choose. If have troubles please show it.

See solution below:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press 'select' and turn on the printer. (select button should be pressed while turning it on)
3. press '-value+' to choose your language
4. press 'select' to save
5. press 'go' to return to ready mode.

There are language settings. Go to the main menu and rotate through to the pliers/screwdriver icon. (settings) Click the right button to select the icon with two sliding tabs. (device settings) Scroll down 4 selections to language selection. Select English.

You will have to look around and find the little silver battery, about quarter size, usually I put something like an index card under the contact on top and leave it there about 5 minutes. After you remove and power up it should ask for your language preference and start over.
