Question about Tracfone Wireless ZTE Valet
Is your phone an actual Tracfone Branded phone or is it Straight Talk or Net10 ? It has to be Tracfone for the Android Service. You can't use Straight Talk or Net10 branded phones. The *22890 is the standard programming number. Make sure that you have good reception when you are shutting off and restarting phone. It will need at least a couple bars of reception (the more the better) for it to program. Otherwise make a claim ticket online for a faulty phone. If they can not fix it over the phone, it should be covered by the Tracfone warranty and they should replace it. They have always replaced my phones with no problem at all. Just call them. I have had Tracfone for many years and have never had a problem getting assistance from them.

Try hard rebooting the phone from the boot menu. turn it off and press the power and volume up or down buttons together, im not sure which but then hit factory reset
