Coaxial cable from Antenna to input on amplifier. Coaxial Cable from output of amplifier to Television, VCR or AV Receiver depending on what you have hooked up.

This is my last time I'm looking for instructions for Channel Master TV amplifier model 3042 and connection instructions

The installation instructions are on the first page: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/Manuals/659/6593042.PDF

I'm afraid I haven't found the operating instructions for it yet. I was going to keep looking but since you're out of patience I'll stop.

I had a TV amplifier Channel Master 3042 I need to know how to connect it

This amp can be used with an off-air antenna or a cable box (up to channel 141).

With an antenna: Connect your antenna to the input. Connect the output to the tv's RF (antenna) input (if you're only driving one tv from this amp), or a splitter (if you're driving several tv's).

With a cable box: Connect the feed from the cable company to the amp's input. Connect the output to the input of the cable box.

Accidently had peaker connect to A side while in bridge mode wud mixer be damaged

Hi, When an two channel (stereo) amplifier is connected in bridge mode the polarity of one channel is reversed, for this example say channel B. An identical (mono) signal is applied to both channel inputs.
The output is now connected between the two channel +ve outputs. As channel A's output goes +ve , channel B's output goes -ve, thus doubling the output voltage.
On this Behringer powered mixer, the bridge switch simply connects the power amp section inputs, the required way.
The bridged output is wired to the B output between pins 1+ and 2+ of the 4 pole Speakon connector. (Because usually pins 1+ and 1- are used, stereo operation is unaffected.)
So.... If you connect a speaker from the A output alone then I would expect it to work, BUT if there is already a speaker connected from the bridge output, then what happens will depend on the amplifier design.
At best the A channel will see too smaller impedance, and hopefully shutdown.
This is a Behringer, it has digital (class D) power amps, and it does Not claim any amplifier protection !!!
If the powered mixer works in normal stereo, then it is probably OK.
If it then does Not work in bridge mode it is likely to be the connector wiring.
All the best.

How conect one subwofeer 12

The sub woofer can be connected by bridging one side of the right channel to the other side of the left channel. Usually this will be marked on the speaker connection terminal and use will not have any trouble to locate. If not use the + ve of the right and the - ve of the left to connect to the sub woofer. turn it on and check . If you find the phase different- with less bass- reverse the connection and try. this will work fine. Good day

Left channel not operating on crown xls 602

Every time i have this prob i've blown that channel. In my case i,ve had dodgy connections to my speakers and if it is operating with high voltage rails they don't take much to blow.
Take off cover and you will no doubt find fuses somewhere blown. If it has come from speakers you prob done the amp but if not you might be lucky and just have to replace a single fuse or so.Good luck,Paul

Need a PV 1.3K schematic... I can fix the amp, but need a schematic with parts values, layout, etc.

As far as I know, these are not available directly on the web. Contact Peavey directly and ask for service parts. They will sell you the manual for $20 or so.

Can it Be Fixed

Nothing should have been damaged. I would assume the speaker output shorted in one way or another...did you have a speaker hooked up? You most likely blew the output transistors and they ALL need to be replaced as one going bad will kill the rest since they're so sensitive. At least the PSU, seemingly, wasn't damaged. Contact www.audiotekx.com, ask for Jason, he's excellent at repairing amps and has great pricing.
