If aquastat wirings are ok, and control module had been set up properly, the the furnace should start.
Check if bypassing the control the furnace starts, if it starts then check aquastat wirings.
If it depends on the furnace, check the valve, the safety sensor and the ignitor.
Here is the guide to set up the Aquastat control:

How do I disable low limit

WHY???????????????????
Only common sense option is to remove the Aquastat as you can adjust the lower limit down but NOT disable it. Bigger question may be What are you trying to do and do you know what you are doing???
Aquastats are made to START and STOP Pumps in Recirculation systems at settable limits not run them 24/7.
Running a pump 24/7 voids the heater warranty.

Utica Boiler model # MGB100HD with a Honeywell Aquastat Relay model # Type L8148E will not operate the circular pump. THe damper works and I can hot wire the circulator pump but it won't turn on...

how did you hot wire it. did you jump the wires on the relay board or use another power source? Does the boiler burner start? Have 120 volts incoming to the relay board? You hear relay click when turning power on/off? If so bad relay, or loose wiring terminals on the board. This control has built in transformer that can burn out, that will stop the pump relay contacts from working.

Looking for simple wiring diagram to wire ******** aquastat

What are you fanning??? the fire?

Do you have a circulator that circulates when the water is up? Many controls have a AUX connection ... wire the AUX to your fan --- alaternatively, wire directly fron your circulator connection to the fan.

I hope I understood your question ...

Let me know what happens.
