Hi, Here in Australia, the dealer would get it in for you. The 'manufacturer' / distributor usually don't get involved with customers! I'd find a dealer near you and ask! Good luck!

Call some local dealers and tell them what you are looking for. I,m sure one of them will have it,maybe even in stock. It's not always easy to know which bobbin case you need ( especially Kenmores) so be prepared to take in the old bobbin case or the bobbin or even the sewing machine for ready Identification.
Some helps; If your bobbin has holes all the way around then you probably have a standard case with a finger sticking up which you can get from any dealer. If you have a solid bobbin and a wrinkle finish paint on the machine you have an older machine and the dealer may have to order it for you. Be aware there are 2 different sizes of this bobbin case. You must get the right one for it to work.

I messed with it for about 2 hours trying different ways the under neath part of the bobbin was facing. I just gave up put it all back together and turned off the machine and turned it back on. It worked, I don't what I did but it worked. thanks any way.

there may be uneeded friction occuring. are you sure you inserted it correctly? sorry. photos aren;t appearing. but it may be that it is the wrong type or in the wrong place. do some trial and error and fit it into different positions on the bobbin runner
