SOURCE: it blows cold air for 5 min. and the it blows cool air for 15 min

See if you can reposition the thermister on the facing of the evaporator coils. That could be it or the thermister might be bad. They don't use copper/mercury sensing bulbs these days. They use these cheap thermisters.

SOURCE: RobertShaw Thermostat 9600 problem

verify if you have separate units for each floor.

the ones working could be a complete separate unit from the one having problem.

look at the condensing units you got outside , how many are there?
if you have 3 units outside and you have 3 thermostats, then each thermostat is controlling individual split units.

we have to concentrate on the one that is not cooling. give me the details on what is going on with problematic one.

is the outside unit running?
is the outside fan running?
can you distinguished if the compressor is running the same time as the fan?

tnx 4 using fixya,

SOURCE: Bryant Legacy Line air conditioning not blowing cool air..

Your outdoor condenser is in heat mode. Check the wires on the thermostat. Sounds like a small wiring problem and nothing else. Good luck. Please keep me posted as to you progress.

My Honeywell thermostat isnt keeping my house cool even though the temp is set to 69. Currently 90 degrees in here

Its probably not the thermostat. The air conditioner may be stuck on heating mode. If its a reverse cycle, the reversing valve may be jammed so even when the thermostat is calling for cold air, it stays on heat. If the machine is on heating mode, it should be blowing cold air out of the outdoor unit of the air con. If its on cooling mode, the outdoor should be blowing hot air.

Honeywell thermostat blows cold air on heat

Thermostats don't actually blow anything, the heating system might though. Check the breakers for your heat system, then call a heating specialist. They're really not that expensive.

Honeywell thermostats keep turning off and on and blowing cold air

Need to know the type of heat you have. If it is an air to air heat pump, with this cold weather, you are not going to get much heat out of it. It will feel cool (a little higher than room temperature). If the temps outside stay below 25 degrees, then switch it to Auxillary (Emergency ) heat.

My delonghi dehumidifier will not cool the house just keeps blowing warm air and dosnt feel to cool were thinking about giving up on it

Dehumidifiers aren't supposed to cool your house. If anything they generate heat. How it works is, it has cooling coils that it draws air across, which causes the moisture to condense, and be captured. However the heat extracted from the air has to go somewhere, so it just blows out the other side. If you want cool, buy an air conditioner.

My thermostat is not working properly.I took off the plate, and connected the rh wire to the w wire, there is a spark, but heat still will not come on. should these wires both be connected to the rh...

The rh and w wires should not be on the same screw. That would make the heat run all the time because it would bypass the thermostat. It sounds like you had power on the rh wire which is the hot wire from the transformer. If you connected it to w and the heat still didn't come on then your problem isn't the thermostat. You should check the contactor or relay that makes the heat kick on. I don't know what type of system your thermostat is controlling so I can only give you limited advice on that.

Emergency heat comes on everytime heat pump starts UPKA025JAS

Your white wire is controlling the heat for your strips. while the blue is for the heat pump side of heat. But if you disconnect the white be sure to wrap tape around it so it doesn't contact any other wire. Would cause a short and you would loose a transformer.

My heat won't work! Air blows out, new thermostat

The hot water from your engine cooling system is not getting into the heater core. Check out the valve that admits water into it.

Heat overrides the a/c

I'm sure you have already checked this...but just make sure the button is pushed for Recirculate and not Vent when you run your A/C. You don't want the outside air coming into the cab...the A/C will run much cooler when it's taking in the air from inside your cab rather than trying to cool the hot air coming thru the vent from the outside.
