Question about Cell Phones
Look for the firmware update for your phone, make very sure the update is for your version phone & the correct operating system. As you only get 1 go & if it goes wrong you are stuffed. Or your phone is. Apart from this try reinstalling the operating system,
White screens are a sign there is corruption in the root directory.
If the phone is under warranty take it to get fixed, good chance the telco may update your phone with latter version.
I take no responsibility for your firmware update. One tip is have the laptop computer plugged into power and phone plugged into power as you dont want it going flat or turning off. Laptops are best for this over pc's as laptops have batteries if power does go off.
Cheers and good luck with your phone
