<p>Bar codes are symbols used by companies for the machines to
read information about the products. Bar codes are typically used for
identification and tracking purposes. When making your own products, and bar
codes, you can print barcodes on plastic, but it is more difficult due to the
plastic - cannot hold the ink. So it is important to follow these instructions
to print barcodes on plastic. <br />
<p>1. Buy online card sheets or plastic from a local store
office supply. This sheet is treated to work with most printers. <br />
<p>2. Create your bar code on the computer. Insert the sheet of
plastic card printer and bar code on the plastic sheet. <br />
<p>3. Cut the UPC or shape and cut the plastic into the desired
shape. <br />
