Am I able to adjust the 'hysteresis' of my digital thermostat?

Some thermostats allow you to change the differential value - that is how far below the heating (or above the cooling) set point before calling for heat (or cooling in the case of air conditioning). The built in 1 degree differential setting provides the most even temperature in the space at the expense of more frequent furnace firing and stopping. Many people prefer this mode as opposed to allowing wider swings in temperature for less frequent furnace firing and stopping. If you wish to change this setting, you'll need to replace the thermostat as it is not user adjustable in this model.

Why does my thermostat call for heat randomly on auto when no program set for that time? Boiler; worchester Bosch 30si Thermostat; worchester digistat

Possibly two things it could be pre heat for domestic
hot water, as some boilers store a bit of water
that is upto temp, this is so when you turn on
the tap your not waiting as long.
the other thing it could be is frost stat kicking in

Have a brand new Master Temp 400K Propane with an Intellitouch and the heater shuts off at 84 degrees. Do I need to set a max temperature from the heater control panel?

If this heater has pool mode and spa mode as an option, and you need the water higher than 84 degrees, you must set it to spa mode even if it is a pool. As a regulation, these heaters come pre-set to max out at 84 degrees as a safety feature. However, in spa mode it can reach 104degrees.

I need the operating manual for british gas wireless central heating thermostat control RC2, WR1, UP2.

These are Drayton Digistat controls re-badged. RC2 = Digistat2
WR1 = Digistat SCR
Cannot now find manual for Digistat2, but updated Digistat2+ can be found at http://www.draytoncontrols.co.uk/Digistat2RFProgrammableRoomThermostatWireless.aspx
The Commissioning Guide will show the SCR and now to reset it.

I have a digistat scr with a flashing red light and no heating there is nothing wrong with the batteries, this only occured after a poweer cut.

Try this first before condeming the unit.

1. Turn off the power supply to the Digistat SCR (receiver unit)
and leave for 5 seconds.
2. Turn on power to SCR unit and check red light is on.
3. Press override button No.2 and check the green light comes
on and boiler fires.
4. Press & hold down button No.1 (Keep depressed), then
press No.2 and keep depressed. {The Red LED light will flash
a couple of times and then it will go out}
5. Now release both the buttons – {the two LED lights should
come back on}
6. Get the Digistat+2RF/+3RF unit and stand two metres away
from the SCR unit with the Digistat+2RF/+3RF unit in your hand.
7. Remove the battery cover and fit the batteries.
8. The Red LED light on the SCR will now flash for approx. 7
seconds.
9. This confirms that the radio signal is being sent and
received.
10. The Digistat+2RF/+3RF and the SCR are now successfully
linked by a dedicated RF address.

ERD36 Oven over heats

If the oven stays off when turned off then it is definitely a controller board problem. - that would mean the element is coming on and there is no control - changed the controller
