Normally you have to use your user ID and password, but if that isn't working then you'll have to call the bank and ask them what to do

How do I open an internet banking with capitec.

You have to follow their instructions on their website. First, you create an on-line account. The bank will do their security verification, ensuring you are authorized access to whatever accounts are yours, then they tell you your logon information (user name & temporary password). They will have several pages of disclaimers, procedures, etc..which you will need to read AND understand. Once that is all set up and you've verified access to your accounts, things vary from financial intitute to financial institute. Be sure to follow the instructions on the homepage and don't hesitate to call them if you gave ANY questions or concerns.

No bank card

No. Bank cards have names/account numbers and PIN # associated. Bank card reader needs a card to access your bank account and give you your $.

If you have bank account go inside to a teller and request bank card application.

On the "Transfer Funds" page, make note of the processing time. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days for electronically transferred funds to become an available part of your PayPal balance.

You can have immediate access to the funds in your bank account through PayPal if you link your bank account with your PayPal account. With your account 'linked' you can have a $0 (zero) PayPal account balance and still make purchases with PayPal. PayPal will automatically transfer the funds from your bank account (through PayPal) and pay for any purchases made with PayPal. And, your PayPal account will still remain at $0.

This information is from the PayPal website:

How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account? Question : Answer : We're introducing a new and improved Profile to some customers. Until all customers are using the new Profile, there are 2 sets of instructions on how to do this. Please follow the instructions that match what you see on the site [for your PayPal account]. (Bracketed text added by me.)

You can link your bank account, enter your bank information (we'll keep this private) by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click Bank Accounts under Financial Information.
  4. Click Add Bank and enter your information.

Then just confirm your bank account to complete the process. If you bank online, you can usually do this instantly. If you don't have online access to your bank account, it'll take a few days.

I am logging on to my on line banking, I go to ''my accounts'' I open up one of my accounts but the navigation bar on the left that lets me do transfers etc will not open. It WILL open on my other account....

It sounds like a problem with the links on the webpage. Contact your bank to see if others are having the same problem, and let the bank know what's going on. If you have a laptop, they might want you to bring it in to show them exactly what's going on, although if it is a webpage problem, they should be able to tell by accessing the site at the bank. Good luck, hope this helps.
