Candy crush has stopped work on my ipadwhich uses iOS 5.0. What can I do to fix this problem

What I would try is press the small microphone and when it sat speak now I would say load in candy crush or reset candy crush or update candy crush and when you get a link hit it!

Try uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them.... If that doesn't fix the issue then chances are you may be low on internal memory.

You can either 1. Go into your facebook, settings, apps,
allow/add Candy Crush. If that doesn't work, 2. Try going into ur IOS store, go to settings, make sure Facebook + CC are both updated. Open candy Crush thru the store. In ur main menu, settings, allow/add Facebook. If this doesn't work, go in ur IPhone settings and make sure all ur accounts are synced. Hope I could help! With any iOS device, the first troubleshooting step is always to completely power down the device. Shut it off and restart it. That often fixes a lot.

If that doesn't do it for you, go to the Settings and find the Facebook setting. Turn off permission for the Facebook app to access the Candy Crush account. Delete the Facebook app.

If you still have access to your old account, and have acess to an IOS or android device, you can install candy crush on your device, and then link it to your old facebook account to sync the saves. After that you can change the account you are using on your device to your new facebook account.

If you don't have a device, you could look at using BlueStacks on a PC instead, but I'm not sure if it will work with Candy Crush Saga.

you need to log onto facebook via the computer. go to settings, then apps, choose candy crush click the x to delete app. not the content. once that is done reinstall candy crush on your device. it should start to work. since facebook had got a whole new change things started not syncing properly. this is the fix
