Question about Samsung UN55D7000LFXZA - 55in Led 3d Hdtv 1080p 240hz
I had the for a couples of years and it just from nothing, appeared some stripes (vertical) and then it appeared all over. I turned the TV off for a couple of months and turned back again and came back to normal. After a 1 month using it, the stripes came back again. I would like to know was is going on and how can i fix it? I did opened the TV and it had two mother boards. One i think is the power supply and the other must be the main TV mother board. The solution could be replacing the main TV motherboard or is something with the actual screen? Thanks in advanced! Alf C.
Time to replace - TVs are throwaway items, replacing motherboards will cost you more than a new one in the end.
Get a new SMART Samsung with a five year warranty and replace when it goes wrong after the five years.
It's a new world out there.

If you've cleaned the connexion between the motherboard and the display panel, I'm afraid the likely problem is the display panel.
If you have a friendly local repair shop, they might take a look at it and test with a replacement panel to diagnose the problem.

Main power supply regulator board fault. DC voltage output from it is abnormal. Contact any service technician.
Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.
It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis.
