The screen image is upside down.how can i get the image to go right side up?
Take a mirror. Now you are able to see correct. Go to MENU and choose FLIP. It works

Go into the menu then the display option. It's probably set for "ceiling mount"

Try the menu feature, then installation, image reverse until it gets to the correct position. Note, the Image Reverse rotates in quarters. You can also access the Menu feature from the projector. It just happened to me and as I was looking for answers and playing around with it, I fixed it!

SOURCE: the screen switched upside
Go into the setup menu. Go to Display and there should be a setting to invert the signal. You have inadvertently toggled that setting. There are settings for rear projection called image reverse (don't change that one and also for inverted which could be called ceiling mount.
