Do you have Java script installed on your computer ? If no , then just install it . you can get it here www.java.com .
If java script is already installed , then the problem is with your web browser . If it's so then Your web browser is not stable . Here is what to do : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download internet explorer again and install it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will solve the problem . any way , why don't you try other internet communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are great also . I advice you to have more than one internet communication software . I already have three just in case if one of them is corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome ) . just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result

I've had this happen numerous times on various PCs. Try clearing the all of the history, cookies, and saved files for the browser you are using. There is a good chance that this could fix the problem.

Sometimes the problem can be temporary too. I had the problem for a day and the next day it was entirely fixed. As a drastic solution maybe you could download another browser. This fixed the problem on my sibling's computer. Firefox or Google Chrome are good options.
