SOURCE: Parts for Solis Master 5000
Jimle's reference to www.partsguru.com is where I found what I needed. The challenge was figuring out that the parts for your Solis Master 5000 will be referenced under the Vienna model. You will not find any reference to the Solis model on this website. But there are parts for out Solis machines, heres a link for the boiler gasket:
here's the link for a completed boiler replacement $38.00:
I ordered the completed boiler at $115.00
Good luck and Best Wishes

The most common problem for leaking underneath the machine is the boiler, but there can be other problems. If the water is dirty, there is a drain behind the brew unit that gets clogged with coffee residue, If its clear, its probably the boiler. If its the boiler it needs replacing. Check ebay.

I hope you found your answer in the meantime. If not, here's a page of manuals from Soli. The Master pro does not seem to be in english, but your problem might be covered in a similar manual. Here's the link:

HI First make sure everything is in and locked (brew unit, drip tray, and dredge drawer). Open the knob on the right and flow water through the wand. Now turn the knob in the bean hopper to 16 and push the brew button. If that didn't work you might have a clog in the grinder, and will need to clean it.

The magnet in the water tanks is either upside down or has sunk to the bottom of the tank. It should float to the top of the cage it is in and it should have a flat top not rounded. If its rounded side up the magnet is upside down. This is what would cause your problem.
