Lots of power, dash lights up but no ignition power to starter, relay changed, neutral start switch changed, fuses good.


Well, looking at the schematic, there is the IGN A (Fuse 6) in the under-hood fuse block feeding power to both the ignition switch and to the NO contact of the starter relay. Turning the ignition switch to the START position sends this voltage thru the CRANK (Fuse 8) in the instrument panel fuse block and thru the PARK/NEUTRAL position switch, thru the starter relay coil to ground. This should activate the Starter relay and pass voltage to the starter solenoid to ground, activating it. One the starter solenoid activates, batter power is sent to the starter motor, activating it. If, as you say, the fuses are good, the starter relay was replaced and is good, and the Park/Neutral position switch was replaced and is good, then then only items left are the ignition switch itself, the starter solenoid/motor, or the wiring of the circuit.

reduced power mode is usually activated to protect the engine , have you check all the fluid levels as a starting point, as have no code to guide you

Club car 48 with fully charged batteries will not go


if the batteries are 4+ years old its most likely low voltage .also check solenoid.Club car is very good and not many problems with them.most likely it is minor.

Won't shift out of park


There is a brake pedal sensor that keeps you or your children from accidentally knocking the vehicle into gear. You have to press hard on the brakes to activate a switch. Once the switch is activated, current is sent to a solenoid that releases the shift lock. But if pressing on the brakes hard is not helping then the transmission needs to be checked. The gears are got worn out.it needs to be checked and replaced. Also check the power to the solenoid and brake lights. That would be called the shift interlock feature. It operates on the same circuit as the brake lights so the first thing you want to do is to make sure the brake lights are working when this problem is present. If the brake lights are working, that proves the circuit is good up to that point, then you'll have to get to the solenoid in the console. Disassemble as much as you have to to access the solenoid near the shifting mechanism. Us a 12v test light to test for power coming and going at the solenoid when the brake is applied. If power is arriving and switching and the solenoid is not triggering, the solenoid is bad and will have to be replaced. Thanks. you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Cannot turn off power


Sounds like you may just have some bare wires touching,Trace the wires from the ignition switch.

Have solenoid: MOPD 125, WATT 2.3, VOLT 24/60, for Aprilaire 560 Humidifier. With a M15 Universal tester using 150mA for + & K OHMS FOR -, I get 2 ohms on scale which would be approx 200 ohms. Ohms = Volts...


I am guessing you have sent 24 volts to the solenoid directly and the the solenoid did not activate?

If you have not send power directly

If the solenoid does not activate that way more then likely needs a new solenoid.

95 Club Wagon Econoline will not start


make sure your battery is 100% on your solenoid there should be 2 or 1 small wires on it [ IF IT HAS 2 WIRES MAKE SURE U HAVE NOT MIXED THEM UP TRY SWAPPING AROUND ] use a test light and check for power while someone hold the key on start if u have power with the key on start then u still have problems with starter.
if u have no power then connect wires back on hold your foot on the brake hold key on start and move gear lever up and down if it starts then inhibtor swich needs adjusting or replacing see how u go let me know if u need anymore help
