This could be a low voltage problem. Check the voltage output with a volt ohm meter at the stator output.

Kubota zd28 mower was running fine put away but now PTO wont engage.

if your saying that pto wont do anything , that's either an electrical short or a broken belt , in rare cases the clutches go too , now if your saying the pto engauges and stalls the engine or makes horrible noises , then that's a bearing , im betting the deck shaft bearings are in need of some serious grease work

PTO lever engages in the wrong position in a Kubota ZD323.

Check and make sure that any links are not bent and make sure that the switch that engages the PTO is not out of adjustment.

pto is on the tractor, not on the bush hog, if it won't engage you have pto problems on tractor, needs to be serviced

Kubota L 3300 rear PTO will not engage when very cold weather solution please

Try using a lighter gear oil - some oils are thicker in really cold temps - like molasses while its warm drain it and use a lighter grade, - check the manual and go with a thinner type - ask local car parts store. sometimes the manual will give a type for colder weather. Good luck

Pto onmy kubota zero trun zg 23 wont work

Check to make sure you are getting power on both sides of the switch. Check the connectors going to electromagnetic engagement PTO unit. This is mounted right on the base of engine. Check ground wire coming from unit to make sure you have agod grounfd connection.

I have a Kubota TG1860 G riding mower. the blades have stopped engaging. I have replaced the push/pull switch, didn't work. It clicks like it wants to work but doesn't engage. What else can I do?

belts, solenoid, ignition switch and the PTO, you can hook 12v directly to PTO and see if it is engaging, the ignition switch feeds 12v to the PTO, the switch/solenoid engages with the help of the pulleys and belts, just a matter of figuring if its the belts(or in may cases the tesioner pulley) Hope this helped Tim
