Question about Car Audio & Video
The suction on the dashboard mount doesn't work. Base sticks to dashboard but phone holder won't stick to base.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Thanks FIXYA, Your desire for my $$ seems to out weigh your concern for my problem/solution. Rather than tossing $ 20 bills at you dope smokers, I think I will spend my $$ on a real solution. Then i will tell my friends for free. OUT!!!!!!!

Mine did the same thing. I used JB Weld epoxy and made a new base. Just filled the hole where the base goes in and the stuck what was left in the wet epoxy. Let it set up and it is as good as new, maybe better

We had the same problem, we just wiggled it back and forth, gave it a good tug, and hey presto! We got it out. I'm not sure whether this is the "official" method of doing it, as nothing is mentioned in the instruction manuals.

Apparently you need some kind of MOUNTING SCREW EXTENSIONS to mount your tv to the wall.
You will need to contact Philips Customer Service at 1-800-705-2000 to order them.
See page 5 of your tv's USER'S MANUAL at the following link:
Good luck and please comment back if this was helpful.
