I don't want to be bundled. I have different carriers for each service. It's worked out until today. Somehow, my browser page is a competitor's log-in/trial period request page and I can't get rid of the page. Talked to Comcast (no help) and AT&T. The latter helped me get around this page, but now instead of just pressing the browser icon, I now have to type in Google.com and then type in whatever I'm inquiring about. How do I get rid of the XFinity page?

The Nokia C3 uses a mini-sim whereas the Nokia Lumia 635 uses a micro-sim so they are different sized sim cards. The micro-sim is a little smaller. You have a few different options to make it work.

1. Check if your carrier's store will do it for you.
2. Buy a micro-sim card cutter on Amazon.

Such problems occur when your message center number has been tampered with. Call your service provider to get the message center number go to message settings and check the message center in use input the correct center number and your problem is solved.

BlackBerries have different browsing profiles. Most likely your default is set to WiFi or HotSpot browser. Also, if you don't have a data plan with your carrier that might explain it. Without a data plan these phones can only connect through WiFi. Try going into the browser, selecting options and making sure that the default browser is Internet Browser.

Call your cell phone provider to get it reset. It doesn't delete the data from the phone but it will lock it from use until you call your cell phone carrier.

First open yahoo.com, not yahoomail.com
then login in using your account.

the click on mail. it will ask you for beta version or classic.
use classic version.
