Question about Cell Phones
Your phone must be restricted to some specific network. That is why it displays the message to enter code. You cannot remove this message unless you enter the unlock code. The unlock code for every individual cell phone is unique and based upon its IMEI number. You can get the unique unlock code for a cell phone either from its respective network provider or from any trusted online vendor like Unlock-Zone.com at affordable cost. Once you have received the unlock code, you can visit MobileUnlockGuide.com to get the free unlocking guide. Good luck.

This depends on your phone.
With the most Android phones you can go to settings -> privacy -> sim card lock settings.
Or: settings -> security -> Sim card lock

May be its detecting your sim card properly. Check your sim card in another handset. Verify if its the propbelm with sim card not your handset.

Now the only way you can do it is to contact your SIM provider , Call them and ask the PUK code , they will ask you some questions regarding your perivours balance and all that , try to use it and it will work , but if it does not work , then buy another SIM and ask your telecom provider to issue you on the same number ! This the way you can do it
