Could this be because of the 1 hour time difference in europe between summer & winter months?

I know what knobs on my world clock adjust what. I don't know however what the outer rim of numbers means exactly. Is it suppose to be hours ahead or behind or is suppose to be what time it is in 24 hour...

If the outer rim of numbers goes from 13 to 24, then yes, those numbers are for determining the time in 24hour format. For example, if it's 5:30 PM where you are, then the outer number would be 17, indicating that in 24 hour format (or in military time) the time is 17:30.
For different locations around the world, you would either have to adjust the number the hour hand is pointing to or ignore that clock hand and read the hour from another source.
If there is an outer ring around the dial that you can rotate manually, then it is for setting time in other time zones and you would use the numbers on the rotating ring instead of the numbers that have "12" at the top.

Toyota prado 2007 clock reset

I had to just Reset my Clock after the battery was disconnected on my Prado 120 series Grande, firstly turn ignition on and press the 2 outer buttons (of 4) in front of the clock for several seconds, ILLU will appear on the face, with the inner buttons you can turn the brightness/illumination of the clock up to down, then press the left hand button again and by using the inner buttons.....using the left hand inner button to adjust hours and the right hand inner to do minutes, then press the out right button several times to set. (during the last procedure be careful not to reset the Altimeter and the compass)
I hope this helps as this is the only thread on here about this

Quick Setup

Model 9105

Alarm Clock Radio

http://www.synergythesource.com/doc/alarm-clock-setup-910500.pdf

1) Plug clock in before making any adjustments.

2) If using on East Coast- Do nothing! Time and date are set to EST- Daylight Savings time is 'On". Clock is ready to use.

3) If using in time zones other than EST. Hold the clock with LCD facing you. Lean clock back and find small button on bottom right marked P-M-C-E. Hold for 2+ sec. LCD will blink the time zone. Press button again until LCD blinks the correct time zone, CST, MNT, PACIFIC.

4) Daylight Savings time- Default is always on. If you are in a zone that does not recognize daylight savings time. Hold the clock facing you, lean clock back and on bottom left is a small button marked D. Hold 2+ seconds and the LCD will blink ON. Press again and LCD will blink OFF. Daylight savings time is now OFF.

5) If power goes out, clock will retain time and alarm will sound if in the ON position.

6) Replace batteries once every year...!

7) If clock looses time or date:

a. Hold Volume +, and Tuner + at same time for 3 seconds

b. Clock face will blink year

c. Turn outer ring of alarm to set Year

d. Press Tuner + once, turn outer ring to set Month

e. Press Tuner + once, set Day

f. Press Tuner +, set Hour

g. Press Tuner +, set Min.

h. Press Tuner + to save all settings.

You must go through all set points to have them remain in memory. (have to run thru all a - h, can't set just Day or Hour/Min, etc. without starting with Year)

My wall clock runs about 10 min utes fast per 24 hours. I has a pendulum with an ajustable screw at the bottom. Can I turn this screw to adjust the running time. If so, which way (shorten or lengthen)?

You have to lengthen pendulum as this will make watch tick slower. Can not say for how much as for every particular clock there are different adjustments.
Do it bit-by-bit unscrewing the screw thus lowering the bob. Observe time keeping day-by-day and eventually you will reach the right length of the pendulum for precise timekeeping.

The on and off metal tab on Intermatic pool timer

Make sure that the tab for "ON" is secured tightly to the time wheel. If it is loose, it may twist out of the way and delay the start. Hand tighten it and give it an additional 1/8th of a turn with a pair of pliers to snug it down more than hand tight. Do not over tighten.
Good Luck!

Whirlpool Duet GHW9100L pours water out of the soap dispenser dra

probable cause is there is an article of clothing that is stuck between the outer and inner tubs, in the area where the dispenser water and detergent enter the machine. you can run your hand around the rubber boot and you might be able to remove the article, it will be in the upper left part of the machine. if nothing can be found than you have a plugged up dispenser hose.

Setting timer for Unidaire nightstore heater

little triangle to the left 9 o clock position determines what time it is, set actual time to this, then move outer dials to turn on and inner dials to leave off, and then set to auto, this is in timer mode, other mode is permanently on and off..
