Fan/heater does not blow any air

Check to see if you have voltage to the blowermotor, if not there is a resister:

If you do have voltage to the blowermotor, and it don't work, replace the blower motor. To access the blower motor and resistor, remove the glove box door, its all in that area:

No power to the blowermotor

You should always include the device in which it is installed since there are several possibilities that may influence the supply of AC voltage to the motor.
Some items can also be eliminated if you have a simple multimeter available at home.
These can be bought at electronic supply and auto parts stores for under $20 US- don't spend more, additional features or improved accuracy aren't necessary for most tasks.

Heater and ac work fine but only for about 20 min then the air stlops flowing.

The heat stops flowing this means the air stops blowing. i would say this is one of two things if its the air that stops blowing, this would be a bad blowermotor or the blowermotor resistor, the most common problem i would say is the resisitor, good luck, hope this is helpful.

What fuse runs the heater fan

The blowermotor fuse is located in the under the hood fuse box, its in slot # 12. this fuse is an orange fuse and is 40amp fuse, the most common problem with the blower not working is the blowermotor resisitor, so if the fuse is good try replacing the resistor this resisitor is loccated on the heaterbox next to blowermotor. hope this helps.

Heater fan not working, new fuse fitted

This is very common, this sounds like the blowermotor resistor module, this is located on the heaterbox next to blowermotor, i would start there if all fuses are good, the other thing you can do to test motor before replacing the part is disconnect connector to blower and run a power and ground wire to it, if the motor runs then i would replace the resisitor. good luck hope this is helpful.

The first three setting for air control have stopped working, level 4 and 5 work fine. I was told that it is probable the relay inside the cab behind the glove compartment. Is this true or do I need a new...

There is a resister for the blower motor,it is near the blower motor, and mounts on the outside of the blower box,but actually goes inside the blower box to keep cool, this is your speeds for your blower motor,be sure and check the connector to it also, these will melt and burn up a lot of the times when this happens.you can get the connector and resister at the auto parts store,I know napa carrys it.Now the blower motor may run good and sound good, but this is the reason the resister goes out,the blower is pulling too many amps,so replace it also,or you will have to replace the whole thing again in a month, thank you,and if this was at all helpful, please rate.

Trying to locate the blowermotor resister on a

The blower motor resistor gets really hot so it is located where the blower motor fan can keep it cool. Look under the hood close to the blower motor.
