Question about Comcast XFINITY
Need someone who can address problem. Not b.s.COMCAST- XFINITY.
Let the CSR on the phone know you have more than 1 issue. This does not change the time the tech has to be at your home but does let him/her an idea where to start looking when they get there. Your service ends when the issues are resolved or you will be given another date to complete the work if they have to do a large repair like rewire your home.
