Pull the plugs and fill it with wd-40.
And whatever you remove just replace tightly.
Unless its a head gasket or gasket mated part, torque values aren't that critical . Too loose and they'll vibrate out. Too tight and you'll snap or strip it out. A lot of repairs at shops are seldom torqued it all goes by feeling and for the stuff that needs to be torqued like internal parts just google whatever part it is and the type of ski and it'll show in your search.

My 2007 sea do RXP won't shut off after the key is removed

Hello Lisa,
The most likely fix is for you to check the wires connected to the engine block and verify that they are not broken. There is 1 wire that connects to the engine block then goes to the key, then from the key to the ignition coil block. When the key is in the "on" position the switch is actually open allowing the engine to run. When the switch is in the "off" position it is actually closed and shorting out the ignition block and killing the spark generation, therefore shutting down the engine. So with a broken wire the engine will not shut down at all!!

Rode for 20 min. Engine light & oil light came on. Oil level perfect. Kept running with limited power (5mph) Loud continuous beep. Now runs fine. What should I have service check?

As a PWC puts you out in open water with no way back apart from swimming, I advise having your PWC serviced at the end of every season. You may have had an airlock in the oil line which cleared due to the slow running. Have a general service anyway which on my outboard costs $125.

What do I need to do after 10 years of storage. To put a 1992 Sea Doo in water?

Change fluids, Check hull for bouyancy flaws, replace plugs, clean carbs or rebuild them. Most old engines get gummed up after long term storage if the fuel was not completely drained. Another possibility is that the bearings may be damaged from years of condensation and and drying. It happens sometimes and sometimes you just get lucky. Had a ducati paso 750 that blew the race on the bearings because they were deteriorated after years of storage in climate controlled space. Was fine then one day the bearings came apart in the engine and chewed it up.

Salt water

Yes, because the water resistance is not effected by the salt content of the water.

Salt water is very slightly corrosive in it's natural state, but it can become very corrosive as it dries and the salts attract and hold on to moisture that can keep it's corrosive properties active long after you take it out of the salt water.

If you expose your camera to salt water rinse it off very well with fresh water once you're finished.

If you can see the seals in places like the battery compartment, you might also occasionally give those seals a coating of silicone grease.

If the worst happens and you notice moisture inside the camera, remove the batteries IMMEDIATELY and try to remove the moisture any way you can, even with cotton swabs if necessary.

Pure water is not conductive but most tap water and certainly salt water is, and if salt water bridges electrically charged parts of your camera when the batteries are in the camera, it will remove metal from one side and deposit it on the other side, (electrolsis), and that will permanently ruin you camera.

Sony camera sea water damage and wet

Highly unlikely that it can be repaired, salt water caused corrosion and will short out electronic components when the battery is connected.
I suggest you put your money towards a new camera.

The repair to any camera damaged by sea water will cost more than the cost of a new camera since everything must be replaced because salt water is corrosive. Add the replacement parts to the labor costs and you now have a repaired camera that cost more than a new one.

Repairing Sony H7

I HATE TO SAY THIS, BUT DROPPING IT IN SALT WATER IS ABOUT LIKE THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ON YOUR COMPUTER. SALT WATER BEING VERY CORROSIVE WILL, IF NOT HAS RUINED ANY WORKING PARTS AND CIRCUITS IN THE CAMERA. DRYING IT DOES NOT REMOVE THE SALT AND THE DAMAGE WILL BE TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT REPAIR WILL BE ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE. THERE JUST ISN'T ANY FIX FOR SOMETHING LIKE SALT WATER. I'M SURE THAT INSERTING THE BATTERY MOST LIKELY SHORTED OUT CIRTCUITS INSIDE THE CAMERA. THERE JUST ISN'T MUCH HELP HERE EXCEPT A VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR IF YOU COULD FIND ANYONE WHO WOULD EVEN WORK ON A SALT WATER DAMAGE. WATER AND CAMERAS JUST DON'T MIX.
