Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
You can try polishing out the scratches. There are kits that do this, or some people use regular toothpaste to polish the disk. Failing that, the manufacturer may give you a discounted price on a replacement disk.

if the xbox can read other games perfectly fine i would say that it might be a defect with you copy of the game. if other games have the same problem it means that the lens on your xbox is dirty or scratched. if dirty you could use a lens cleaner, but if its scratched you would need a new DVD drive put into the xbox which would have to be done through microsoft

Testimonial: "Ok its not the game cuz i used 3 different copies of the game and its seems to only be sports games like Madden 10, FNR 4,etc., how would i clean lens"
Have you contacted Sony's support? See if they know of a solution to the issue? I find it hard to believe it would just be you with a problem like this.
