Windsheild wiper won't turn off

The electrical mechanism has a rotating arm with a wiper contact, whose objective is to prevent the wipers stopping in the middle of their travel, thus this small wiper contact continues to supply current to the wiper's motor until they reach the end position. From time to time, the wiper (or the electrical track support) rotates out of proper alignment, and just keeps the winshield wipers running. you need to disassemble the motor of the wipers, inside there is a small arm with a contact point, it need to be realigned. It is not difficult, but some dexterity is needed to be able to properly reassemble the motor.

How do I get the agitator rotate

The motor in the top of the machine should rotate the gear sticking out of the top of the cabinet when you turn the switch on. This gear should connect with a gear on the top of the shaft that sticks out of the kettle when the kettle is in the correct upright position and turning the stir rod.

Make sure the kettle is installed correctly, and the switch is in the on position. If the motor is not turning with the switch on, it is broken and should be returned to store if possible.
There are no repair parts for this brand popper, and they cannot be repaired.

The front wipers of my 97 passport stopped working

Hi Facebreaker, With a name like that do really expect someone to reach out and help you? Well there's one born every minutes so I guess I will! take off the wiper arms by loosening off and then removing the nuts. Leave them attached but with enough room to jiggle them up and down until they become loose. Once they have, remove the nuts and arms. Take of the cover and locate the wiper motor. Refit the rotating arm, making sure to sync it for self parking and then fit back the rotating arm of the wipers. If the nut has been lost, fit a replacement self locking nut, test it and then refit everything. assembly is the reverse of stripping Regards John.

Have a problem with a Breville Classique kettle, model number jk91. It does not switch off automatically. Any suggestions please? regards Sandra Smith e-mail davidforrest@hotmail.com

Every kettle has a thermostat/thermometer that trips the switch to off when the water reaches boiling point. The solution is not usually something you can do yourself. Your best bet is to consult the manufacturer for a repair/replacement (if under warranty). I recommend that you contact the retailer first as most retailers have an agreement with the maunufacturer to replace most small kitchen items if it's still under warranty and develops a fault.

Replace 2005 CTS left front turn signal bulb

Sorry to reply so late.
It's got to be the same as my 2004 CTS...
Remove 3 or 4 of the plastic pins holding the inner fender. They are located around the lip of the fender opening. The pins are removed by pulling the center cap of the pin straight out about an 1/8" and then wiggle and pull the whole pin out.
Pull the inner fender down and back.
Reach your arm in and grab the socket and squeeze the locking tab.
Rotate the socket counter-clockwise less than a quarter turn, and pull straight back.
Reach your other hand in and remove the bulb by pulling it straight out of the socket. It takes a 3157 bulb

Chevy S-10 1994 Wipers don't work at all...cruise works, turn signals work, but no wipers. Fuse is fine

Park you car in a quite location.

Engine off

Turn wiper to high and listen for the motor rotation noise near the firewall (near the bottom of the windshield)

If you hear the motor rotation noise and the wipers are not moving then it's the linkage and/or the motor clutch.

Get to it ASAP. A loose bolt connection can damage the linkage arm or clutch.

It's time consuming to replace these hard to reach park.

Drum will not spin. The belt is not broken but is hanging lose

If the motor is working...Shut off the power to the dryer, reach inside the drum and try to rotate the drum 1/4-1/2 turn. Sometimes the motors get dead zones in them and this will help move it out of the dead zone

It could also be the drum rollers that need lubrication or replacement, if they are not rotating it would not allow the drum to spin.

I hope this helps
