PHONE NOT SENDING OR RECIVING CALLS

Try opening the phone and taking the battery out for 5 minutes.

I had trouble reciving calls last month had no clue what happened. I was told to go into settings and i belive it was secrity (not positive) go under restrict make sure incomming is marked none. Mine was marked all and i couldn't recive anything but could make calls. If not then it may be caused from dropping it.

it is probally you service provider not the phone

just get it flashed.

What is the problem exactly is it not sending or reciving or is not accessed by other phone's bluethooth??? plz clearify

phones when you buy a phone from a mobile provider it is locked to there network as always.....that is why we unlock them to use them with other carriers out there.

What you can do is take the phone to a mobile service center and have them unlock the phone for you if it is lock.

by code' hmmm i think not by code,
if you still reciving massage and calls your phone display is the prob.
but if is n ot i think is better to bring a cellphoneshop re-pair nearby or call your provider' coz K508i white screen can fix w software' need to re-program, by using special box and software.

hi there did you try to reset the phone? if not go to menu, settings, master reset, reset settings, then it will ask a code, default code 0000 unless you have'nt change it. but if you choose master clear it will erase everything contact, musics, etc.
