First of all, make sure the basics are covered. Update Windows, update iTunes and make sure your iPhone is running the latest firmware (ios 8). These steps may or may not fix the problem, but they do at least eliminate these variables. It sounds ridiculous, but also restart your iPhone and PC. To restart your iPhone, hold down the sleep/wake button until a red slider appears: slide it to power off your phone. Hold down the same button for a couple of seconds to power it back on. If it still doesn't work, try unplugging and plugging in the phone to the USB that is connected (directly) to your computer (not through a hub). Hopefully some of that helps.

Make sure all updates are the latest versions both on your phone and computer, make sure cable connections are firm.

Timing is everything unplug phone then plug back in(cable connection works best for initial trust setup - to avoid any disconnected wifi issues etc. you also need to be in front of your computer of choice AND your iPhone, tethering with cable ensures this is true. uncheck some of the sync options then re check them some of the info, such as contacts calendar etc. will prompt trust on the screen - look at computer for pop up prompts as well as it can show up on phone or computer depending on sync type, # of accounts on that machine etc.

I wish to back up my iPhone 4 can somebody please help Thank You

Download iTunes on your desktop or laptop. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Install iTunes onto your computer. Open itunes.
The same cable that you use to charge your phone has an USB plug. plug the USB side of your Charging cable into a usb port of your computer and plug the phone into the cable as you would to charge it. Now that your phone is connected to your computer, iTunes will ask for permission to access your phone, click ok. then click trust on your phone. Now that you have established trust between your computer and your phone. go to the the top menu in iTunes click "File", then mouseover the menu item "devices", then select backup. That is it. itunes is now backing up your phone.

Speakers wont come on

Lets start with the basics.
1. Make sure the power cord to the computer speakers are plugged in. Check at the wall and make sure the power cord is connect to the back of the speaker. If there is a power button make sure it is pressed in the on position. Make sure the volume level is turned up.
2. Check the computer and make sure the sound is not on mute. Turn the volume level up from the computer settings.
3. Try playing some music. If you hear sound you are good to go.
4. If you are not able to hear anything than continue. I would suggest plugging your speakers into you cell phone. Try playing some music from your cell phone.
5. If music plays through the speakers from your cell phone, something is wrong with the computer. If no sound plays with your cell phone then something is wrong with the speakers.
6. If worse comes to worse bring your computer into a computer store. Tell the salesman you want to buy a new set of speakers. You just want to make sure your computer works with the speakers before you buy them.
7. If all else fails, ask a local tech you trust.

My computer will not come on

Please make sure the plug on the back of the computer is secure and at the jack. Also try a different outlet.

If that doesn't work your power supply may need to be replaced. So I would bring it to a computer repair shop and ask them if they can check it for you.

How do I charge my Verizon Motorola Droid using the USB cable and my computer. I've plugged it into my computer, but it doesn't show that it's charging.

Hi,
Plugging it into your computer should be no different then using a charger...it still uses the USB cable.

Here are a few things to check...

do not try a USB port that is off your keyborad or anything that does not come straight off of the motherboard...the phone pulls too much power and it will not work...

Try a different USB cable... some will not allow charging but will still tranfer data...

Also check and see if it asks you to install drivers for your phone...if it does, you will need to have them installed to charge the phone...

My best guess is that you need a different cable...

As soon as i go on to camera it says unexpected error occurred.restart phone.why?

Nigel,

It seems that the firmware of the phone has got corrupted. Do the following:

1. Fully charge the battery and connect to a computer via the USB cable.

2. Fire up the Nokia PC Suite.

3. From the PC Suite, backup the data.

4. From the PC Suite, update the firmware.

5. From the PC Suite, restore the data.

Live happily everafter.

Im using Wi-Fi USB connector for internet connetion, but it keep show up error code 52140, not able to connet... even my USB connetor is showing the running man mark on my computer?

Try this..

1. On the computer with the USB connector, get a command line (start -> run -> cmd) and type the command ipconfig /all
2. Normally it will show multiple DNS addresses.
3. Now connect your Nintendo USB connector.
4. Go to your network connections (usually under control panel) and right click the USB devices.
5. Under the general tab, look for Internet TCP/IP, highlight it and click properties.
6. Click Use the following DNS Addresses and enter the two addresses from step#2.
